RateMyPresentation is a web-based platform that allows event organizers to create speaker rating sessions, generate QR codes for audience access, collect real-time feedback, and analyze results through comprehensive dashboards.

The Service includes both free and paid features:

• Free Tier: Up to 5 speakers per session with basic features
• Paid Credits: Additional speaker capacity (10, 15, or custom enterprise solutions)
• Premium Features: Advanced analytics, custom branding, CSV exports, and priority support

You must register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others or threaten to do so
• Share content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Collect personal information about other users without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Submit false or misleading information about speakers or events
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service

Our Service operates on a credit-based system with the following terms:

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments and never expire
• Each credit allows you to rate one speaker in your sessions
• Free tier includes up to 5 speakers per session without using credits
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing users
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for credit purchases. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using RateMyPresentation, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (session names, speaker information, etc.), but grant us a license to use this content to provide our services to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but unused credits will remain available for 1 year.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or suitability for your particular needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateMyPresentation, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
